So my friend and I (who shall remain nameless) decide that we want to play Resistance 2 co-op with another friend of ours on line. I get my PS3 running and quickly find myself pissed off. You see, it took us at least fifteen minutes to figure out how to start a private room, invite our friends into the room, and then have the friend join. Why? Because it’s needlessly difficult.I’ve been playing games online for years, both on the PC and the 360 and even a few on the PS3. God of War on PS3 and Gears of War on Xbox 360? Sony need one game that will capture the gaming culture as a whole. There are very few people I know who didn’t at one point or still do play Halo. GOW is on both consoles, Resistance is cool as all get out, but it’s a bit sluggish IMO. Sony needs a Halo. Are you trying to say that those cancel each other out or something? If you saying the graphics are better on Metal Gear Solid 4 then you’d be right, but the load times are VERY long. Well, I kind of mentioned it in the GoW2 thread but my XBOX 360 Pro is under the tree and with that I complete the Console Trifecta...LOL! I already purchased GoW2 for it and it does come with Kung Fu Panda and Lego Indiana Jones which are both decent games but you don't get to kill aliens in those. I plan on getting COD4 real soon and hope to get some other good tactical games.
